Recruiting strategy

F23 Recruiting Proposal

• Let’s require 2 different meetings (2 projects) during observation period

• General project workload expectation: 5-10 hours

• Matching/interesting form

  • Should they be able to pick a specific project?

  • We want to avoid sorting, but will if we have to. Could ask about general background to use for this.

  • Could ask for Github/LinkedIn/etc, as well as “why do you want to join?”

  • A membership benefit could be to choose your project
