• What does it mean when events are added to profile?

  • Nhi: RSVP, can we sort events by interested/attending? Could this also be for the org to have a running count of attendees?

  • Sneha: modify recommendations wireframe, include “Interested” button, Profile could include settings for sorting events. For MVP, what if we just sort chronologically

  • Nhi: is adding event to profile reflected on organizer side?

• Events directory design:

  • 3rd design seems to be consensus

  • 1st view could be used as an optional view of the events

  • Filter should use a calendar as the date picker

• Sign up flow:

  • Sneha: grouped interested, streamlined setup

  • Set up later button to skip onboarding?

    • In this case, fall back on non-personalized data

  • Sneha: after selecting general interest, then show specific interests

  • Shriya: We should keep career interest section

  • Shriya: skip button on specified interests

  • Nhi: Could personal and career interests be on one page?

  • Nhi: could there be a way to show specific interests alongside a general interest?

  • Sneha: Simply process by combining specific interests and general interest

  • We need to be sure to have a way to change personalization settings (modify interests)

  • Shriya: Limit on how many interests?

    • Limit 2-3 interests

  • Nhi: if we’re concerned with sign-up taking too long, what if we show an offer to sign up inline, no onboarding flow required. Sign in, and naturally show more detailed personalization options

  • Nhi: Which homepage design should we go with?

    • Should navbar be on top or side?

    • Navbar should be on top, with more functionality available in a collapsible sidebar

    • Shriya: Is sidebar going to be slide in slide out?

      • It should animate in and out

  • Nhi: Student org directory

    • On new design, if you scroll up the search banner collapses to show more search results
