• Should be fine

Division + Teams

• Leads don’t know what to do with Product + Design

• Meetings aren’t inclusive to non-engineers

  • Need to restructure meetings

  • Lead’s time should be limited (updates from leadership, necessary updates, etc)

  • Let’s shoot for 50 minutes

  • 10 minutes for Lead talking

  • Need to do standup - people need to speak

    • Should be able to “present”

    • Maybe 15-20 min

  • Could break off into divisions to meet

• Lead could meet with product and design on some interval

• Possible “performance review” meetings with Leads and Division Heads
