• Paperwork is close to done

• $275 to get 1023 EZ form (become 501c3)

• Amrit maybe look into if we can imburse

• Talking to lawyer soon?? & nonprofit CEO sometime soon

• Aim to start filing before beginning of school

• Caleb look into other student orgs as nonprofit

• Do we want to become nonprofit?

• Potential concern: if we sign our names in creation of Nebula, could cause issues w/ company non competes in the future

• Design making great progress

• Engineering still in progress

• Focus on mobile design

• Will have all the content + design of website by end of school year

JIRA/Confluence standardization

• Talked to leads & did research into Jira & Confluence

• Created a sample Jira & confluence environment to test

• Timeline is a bit tight due to being busier than expected

Processing Membership

• No updates yet; will start next week

• Need Google form w/ all of membership

• David: gap between active Nebula members & people who filled it out

• Shaurya send announcement for membership form; if needed reach out to leads later

Leadership transfer

• Shaurya has access to everything & gave HoE and HoD access

• Gave leadership confluence access

• Figma transfer done

• David finished transferring Heads stuff

  • Just pending MFA transfer to Jason

• All leads added to jira/confluence

• Github stuff still pending

• Write docs for transferring roles

Room Reservations

• Using Astra for academic buildings

• Comes out noon August 7th

• Project lead meetings, after hours, division head meetings (David work w/ heads)

• Caleb - make master doc w/ all meeting times

• Amrit: from talking to people about bootcamp, main complaint was time

• Guide lead doesn’t want to be lead

• How should we handle this / Guide in general

• Will need some rethinking on the project front for the future lead

• Should guide exist next fall?

  • Maybe table Guide for this year and bring back next year?

    • If we do this need make sure devs are reallocated

  • Going into summer 22 plan was to scrap Guide; leadership decided to bring back as beginner friendly project

  • Guide could be Nebula’s first AI project?

    • GuideGPT

    • Concern would be do we have a lead for this?

• Maybe we can have Product work on it for a semester, then see integration with AI
