Just to preface, I have no ownership of any infrastructure. Ask Jason for access.

  • Railway access: Ask Jason

  • Neon access: Ask Jason

  • Github access: Ask Jason

  • Google/Discord/Facebook Auth + Mail auth: Ask Jason

  • Work with Khan for analytics, gtag script was added to prod

  • Current people able to approve PR’s: Peyton (Applesforfree on Discord), Arav (shinei on Discord)

  • If you have any questions or need any help with code or life just contact me but I’ll no longer be apart of the team. Turn to Ragini for project related decisions/events.

Action Items

  • Someone needs access to infra (Vercel, Railway, GitHub secrets) - @Abhay Srivatsa (Unlicensed) and @Aravindan (Unlicensed) you guys know enough for this

  • Make sure someone is free to approve PR’s (@Peyton Barre and @Aravindan (Unlicensed) are currently the ones but they’re both very busy)

  • Other small things:

    • Finish updating the degrees

    • Maybe switch the drag’n drop to react beautiful dnd
