1	How are you?	Busy with product base hackathon event the last week Work has been busy
2	How was the last PM Meeting?	No longer happening Meeting with individual teams instead Seems to be more productive	Changing away from an all PM meeting to an team-by-team format has seemed to be much more effective
3	Discussion over the Feedback Meeting	Sharon hadn’t read the notes, so we quickly discussed the meeting She said many of things being discussed about product were productive, and thought that her new meeting style was already helping resolve some of them	Working with the product team directly seems to be a working well, and could be useful to be apply to the other divisions Definitely could be good to work with project leads as well so that they can stay in the loop
4	What have you been working on in the last two weeks?	Working with each team on weekly meetings Struggling to get notes from some of the team	Rather than having each team post the notes, she will consolidate them and do a weekly post with the notes from all 3 meetings
5	What is your focus for the next two weeks?	Meeting with specific planner product person to use user data for feature ideas Will continue her weekly meetings
6	Anything else?	Discussed working on templates for user interviews and other product related documents	She is going to think over these and in our next meeting we will talk about them & their impact
