| 2 | Thoughts from feedback meeting | Overall thought that discussion was positive Saw that she could be doing more for her division, but this could also be aided by changing her position A smaller amount of designers or a more experience group of designers would allow her to operate better
| Further discussion about the role of Head of Design would be useful The possibility of Hilary working along side design people in the team could prove useful The number of teams would have to be less for this, so spring could be a good time

| 3 | What have you been working on in the last two weeks? | Hilary has been working directly along side the project leads and trying to help them She has also been working with designers 1:1 to give them feedback There has also been workshops being put on, but they haven't been too popular
