• Product meetings over the summer

  • New mockups for the website

    • Same features, more streamlined

  • Work done in Summer : Trends Milestone Planner

Features

• Product team design initial list of new features, then rest of team can more and we decide which to pursue based on Feature Prioritization Matrix

Onboarding method

• Two week observation period

  • Short introduction of the project (what the product is, what we are doing this semester)

  • Recruits familiarize themselves with how the project is run, what we are doing
