  • Reviewed resources on Confluence to get more familiar with the project

  • Planning to make user personas

  • Questions:

    • Do we want to do A/B testing?

  • Created wireframe for search page

    • Light mode done, need dark mode wireframes?

    • Hilary: We need to think about color contrast

    • Tyler: Colors should automatically adapt in dark mode

  • Information architecture diagram

    • Should add this to Figma

This week

  • Keep looking over resources, set up environment

  • Look at Skedge’s GitHub repo

    • See issue #46 (branding overhaul)

    • Very similar to a traditional web app, just packaged as an extension

  • Take a look at implementing these designs

  • Will be meeting sometime before Sunday

• Product

  • Continue meeting, set deadlines for assigned tasks

    • User personas

    • Assigned specs

    • Product can help with this

User Testing

• Can ask people in a PM class to give feedback

  • Would need specific things to ask for feedback on

  • Business value formalized

    • Likely high priority features in the feature matrix

  • Number of people to be surveyed?

    • Each person talk to minimum 5 people

  • We will show them the product, and ask feedback questions

  • Ask about how do you plan courses, find professor, etc, then we can categorize them into a persona
