      We can send 3 mails:
      * First one is right after registration (confirming that the registration is done).
      * Second is 24 hrs before the registration (Reminding about the event)
      * A few hours before the event ( Preferably 2 hours before)

    2. Weekly reminder consisting of all the events they registered

      1. Recommended events
        In my opinion, sending reminders for all events might result in spam for users. Alternatively, a more effective approach would be to send personalized emails about events that align with the user's past preferences and interests. By considering their likes and previous interactions, we can provide relevant recommendations that are more likely to be of interest and value to the user.

 

Q3) Registering Events

We could implement a system similar to our course registration process, but with the addition of a shopping cart feature. When a person is already registered for an event and wants to register for another event that occurs at the same time, instead of being blocked, they can add the event to their shopping cart. This allows them to take their time to make a decision and later either swap their current registration for the new event or drop the current registration and register for the new one.
