1	How are you?	Has been pretty busy searching for an internship, but was able to find one 🥳 Also busy with design challenge, and has been carrying the team in true Hilary fashion	She has been pretty busy with outside stuff, but overall is still doing great things in Nebula w/ the Design division
2	Thoughts from feedback meeting	Overall thought that discussion was positive Saw that she could be doing more for her division, but this could also be aided by changing her position A smaller amount of designers or a more experience group of designers would allow her to operate better	Further discussion about the role of Head of Design would be useful The possibility of Hilary working along side design people in the team could prove useful The number of teams would have to be less for this, so spring could be a good time
3	What have you been working on in the last two weeks?	Hilary has been working directly along side the project leads and trying to help them She has also been working with designers 1:1 to give them feedback There has also been workshops being put on, but they haven't been too popular	Working with each individual project lead is proving to be time consuming and difficult Designers are not utilizing her as much as she would like in
4	What is your focus for the next two weeks?	Wants to continue doing the same things Will begin work on the website once that is organized	Hilary will help out with the website which will be a great help
5	Anything else?	She asked about Adobe Creative Cloud as we got the funding approved for it
