The Officers make up Nebula Lab’s Board of Directors. This Board consists of 5 key member roles: a President, Vice President, Executive Director, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each of these positions has a valuable role to serve in assisting the organization in making long term strategic plans for the future and assisting in managing the administrative overhead of the organization to remove the burden from lower levels of leadership. The following pages outline the specifics of each role, resources to assist the current holder of the position, and advice from previous Officers on how to best handle commonly encountered problems.
