# Interest Form Announcement

Hello @everyone@Notifications! The Nebula Labs interest form is open! 🎉

We still encourage you to get involved in the organization over the next week before the form is due on February 5th but if you’re eager to submit, go right ahead. We hope you’ll learn about the organization and meet some of the amazing people within it by attending our events throughout the next week. These experiences should help you narrow down where what part of the organization you would like to join within the organization.

As just a general reminder, contributing to a Nebula Labs project will require 5-10 hours per week and regular attendance at project meetings for the whole semester. Please consider this carefully before filling out the interest form.

In the name of transparency, we want to remind everyone our project teams have a limited capacity to accommodate new recruits (project leads are students after all 😅). To provide the best experience for new contributors while maintaining momentum on our projects, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that everyone can be matched onto a team. This does not however prohibit anyone who is not matched from attending meetings, they are always open to everyone. Matching just gives priority attention and expedited access to tools.

During this time we will do our best to accommodate as many of you all as possible, so make sure to fill out the form below! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to myself or post them in the #general channel, and check out the Confluence page below to learn more about the interest form process. We are excited to form the new teams and get some amazing work done this semester 🎉
