Project Meeting Structure

• Noticed a lack of engagement from members/recruits during project meetings

  • Product and design are disconnected from engineering

• Shorter update time from lead

  • gives time to everyone to do a stand-up, 60 seconds or less

• Work in smaller groups working on tickets

• Finalize a new structure document and present it to the leads and heads

  • Create a “soft structure“ for a meeting template

Thoughts on Recruiting

• Onboarding with new recruits needs to be streamlined in regards to the software we use and them signing up for those, ie Confluence, Github, Figma, etc
