🧠 Reflection

  • As Spring registrations are getting underway, we are wrapping up the 2.0 launch of Trends and starting to pivot to new features.

  • Lots of organic user growth

    • Still need to reach different demographics of UTD

  • Love the commitment from the ~10 people that always show up. Keep it up!

  • We have a lot of momentum and willingness to work. I’m the bottleneck because my response time and follow-up time during the week is slow. Also I’m taking too long to merge PR’s which is demotivating for people who worked hard on the issue.

  • Excited for a steady evolution of Trends with expanded functionality and more datapoints

    • I do want us to refocus on the initial impetus for Trends alongside our current plans.
