  • Make it clear: if you apply you will need to be at events

    • This is critical: cannot have radio silence

    • Need a bar for experience - commitment to learning is key here

  • Might want to have a meeting with candidates

    • Vibe check

    • Pressure to not ghost

    • Don’t do interviews- let’s talk

  • Want to automate enrollment in dev tools/resources

  • Want to keep interest form as an initial screen

  • Face 2 face interest meeting with team leads

Product Division

• Jupiter: hard time communicating with Product

• Trends: We have a problem of vision

• Allow team leads to take over their respective product teams alongside Frances

• Communication between product and design was lacking

• Josh: We have an issue that divisions are moving at different paces, need to slow down to solve problems as they come

  • David: Needs to get division heads in a room and discuss as a group

  • Would it be beneficial to meet among divisions, or all division heads together?

    • Division heads should monitor divisions in each project, and advise to slow down or accelerate projects

    • Josh: If you slow down Jupiter, Trends can keep going, for example

• So, Product will operate at a smaller level within teams

Marketing Division
