Product Division

  • Allow team leads to take over their respective product teams alongside Frances

  • Communication between product and design was lacking

  • Josh: We have an issue that divisions are moving at different paces, need to slow down to solve problems as they come

    • David: Needs to get division heads in a room and discuss as a group

    • Would it be beneficial to meet among divisions, or all division heads together?

      • Division heads should monitor divisions in each project, and advise to slow down or accelerate projects

      • Josh: If you slow down Jupiter, Trends can keep going, for example

  • So, Product will operate at a smaller level within teams
